Step-1 :- First you have to go to your file explorer, and then click on This PC then locak disk C: then Windows, there you are going to find System32 folder.

Step-2 :- Right click on system32 folder and select properties.

Step-3 :- Now, in properties, you have to change some settings to give access to your user account in order to delete System32 folder. For that you have to go to security tab.

Step-4 :- Under security tab, click on advanced.

Step-5 :- Now you can see in Owner section its written Trustedinstaller (it won't let you delete System32 files). So in order to delete it you have to change Trustedinstaller, so for that click Change.

Step-6 :- Here enter you windows account username and click check names.

Windows will find your username. Now, click ok.

Step-7 :- Now you can see Trustedinstalleris replaced by some number. Now just click on the check box Replace owner on subcontainers and objects.
Now, click on apply.

A security messege will pop up, just click Yes.

Now, you will see something like this.
Now click on OK.
Step-8 :- Now just close the Advanced Security Settings and reopen it. Now you can see Change permissions, click on it.

Now click on edit.

Now select Full control and click ok,(you have to do this for every single entry).
After that click on apply.

Now you will see something like this.
Step-9 :- Now go to start and search cmd and select run as administrator.

Now simply write the following commands:-
1. cd /d C:\Windows (To go into windows folder)
2. dir (To list folders, here you can see System32 folder)
3. rmdir /q /s System32 (To remove System32 folder)
Note : If you see access is denied it means those file are in process and it is complete normal.
Step-10 :- After completing the process, restart your computer.

Now when your computer will boot up again you will see something like this (Preparing Automatic Repair).
This is the point of no return. You have successfully deleted System32 folder.
